These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 33pk platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, bonuses, and any other products offered under the 33pk brand. 33pk processes deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements are denominated in PKR. Supported payment channels include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Currency conversion is the player's own responsibility where applicable.

Headings in this document are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to 33pk. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where the context permits.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the 33pk Platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 33pk enforces this requirement strictly and will take immediate action — including account suspension and fund withholding — where underage access is suspected or confirmed.
Each individual may hold one and only one registered Account on 33pk. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different identity, is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 33pk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances attributable to multi-accounting activity.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 33pk support immediately via live chat.
Important: 33pk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication requesting your Account password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
33pk may request identity verification at any point following account creation. Verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. 33pk may also require KYC verification where there is reasonable suspicion of account misuse, fraudulent activity, or where required by our licensing obligations.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. 33pk does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or payments originating from credit facilities not in the Player's own name.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa credit to your Account balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. 33pk does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 33pk accepts no liability.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into the same Account and which is registered in the Player's own name. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and is a non-negotiable condition of withdrawal. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1 to 3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification before first-time processing.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 33pk are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence solely with respect to that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits issued by 33pk carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus play can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet size, and expiry date for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms available on the 33pk promotions page.
33pk monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; withdrawal of deposits immediately after claiming a bonus without meeting wagering conditions; coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where bonus abuse is identified, 33pk reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time unless the specific terms of a promotion explicitly state otherwise. Real-money funds deposited while a bonus is active will be subject to the active bonus's terms unless you have opted out of the bonus prior to depositing.
Bonus credits and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements will expire automatically at the end of the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from your Account balance without notice or compensation.
Each game available on the 33pk Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any real-money wager. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or malfunction during a game session, 33pk will resolve the dispute in accordance with the game provider's certified procedures.
All sports bets — including cricket, PSL markets, T20 internationals, and other fixtures — are accepted subject to the maximum stake limits applicable to your Account tier and the specific market in question. 33pk reserves the right to limit, decline, or void bets where there is evidence of irregular wagering, price manipulation, or where a market was offered in error.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the market was listed with an obvious pricing error; or the relevant regulatory or licensing authority requires the bet to be voided. Void bets are credited back to your real-money balance, not as bonus credits.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and Account tier. All applicable limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or wager. 33pk reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice, including applying individual Account-level restrictions where warranted by risk assessment.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33pk Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances. 33pk reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law or licensing obligations.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any 33pk content. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of any 33pk intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
33pk provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous and reliable service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance periods will be notified in advance where practicable.
In any event, 33pk's aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your 33pk Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC verification.
33pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion where: these Terms have been materially breached; there is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; the Player's account activity poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform; or where required by regulatory or licensing obligations.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by 33pk — any active bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with clause 12.1 where the closure is non-disciplinary, or withheld pending investigation where the closure is due to suspected prohibited conduct.
33pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 33pk will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 33pk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to the internal complaints procedure set out in Section 15. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 33pk's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
